Beef Patty Tacos for the Win!
My photograph of Sonoran-style beef patty tacos featured on this newsletter and in my Sonoran Cooking recipe colection is an official selection of The International Photography Awards in the Food Photography category!
When I develop the recipe and photograph it myself, every decision is intentional - the ingredients, the cooking technique, the food styling, the light, texture, and composition. They are all symbiotic and in service of the food and the photograph equally. The regional Sonoran-style dishes were all developed, photographed and styled by me.
