Strawberry, Habanero & Prickly Pear Margarita
This recipe for a vivid pink strawberry and habanero prickly pear margarita with a black lava salt rim was invented by Stephanie Kingman, lead bartender at The Parish restaurant in Tucson, Arizona.

Ingredients
1 ounce prickly pear syrup, plus more for glass rim
black-salt such as Hawaiian black lava sea salt
1 ounce Strawberry Habanero Tequila (click link for recipe)
Juice from 2 lemons
lemon wedge for garnish
Instructions
Wet the rim of a glass with prickly pear juice or syrup, then swirl the rim of the glass in a plate of black salt to coat.
Fill a shaker with ice, then add prickly pear juice or syrup, Strawberry Habanero Tequila and lemon juice. Shake to combine, then strain over fresh ice in a black-salt (such as Hawaiian sea salt) rimmed glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
